Divan Bursa

It was just a great match for a brief retreat in Bursa with value for price. The gym in the basement was a surprise, even though it looked old, at least it was accessible. Just be ready for some noise if you're planning to rest early.

Welcome base for 3 nights with helpful and attentive staff super from londiner to waiters. Peaceful and unbeatable location excellent next to metro station and central area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Bursa Culture Park.

I booked single room with balconies, the bathroom with full amneties plus Good view.

Improved staff training for better communication is a must!!! Some amenities, such as the fitness center, were inaccurately represented, causing frustration. The somewhat aging decor and facilities could also use a refresh!!!

The hotel has a modern style that blends traditional Turkish elements beautifully. The breakfasts were tasty and had good variety, a hit with my kids! The gym and Turkish bath were great additions to our stay, especially after a long day of exploring Bursa.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available onsite.

New hotel. Modern style. Breakfast was good and the dinner was very good. Also, there was an 20% discount for dinning in hotel. Hotel location is good which is near - walk distance - to a big a very nice park .

There are no shops/supermarket/resturants around the hotel. Hence, you need a car/taxi for trip.

luxury property, overall clean, great service and good value. the rooms - well decorated, brand-new with huge balcony, the bathroom with full amneties, garden view. delicious breakfasts at high prices.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Berra, the receptionist. I particularly loved the garden view from my room.

The amenities were decent but could use a little upgrading.

Nice hotel - near by shopping center

The location is convenient, nestled close to a highway, but noise is minimal. The Superior Twin Room with Garden View was spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant balcony and excellent shower. There's uncertainty regarding room amenities, like bathtubs. The spa area can become overcrowded, and the hotel pool was out of service .

Rooms have a comfortable layout with a decent garden view, offering a cozy spot to unwind. The Wi-Fi connection throughout the facility is solid was nice.

Unfortunately, the gym located in the basement felt outdated and had a confusing layout. It shares space with non-guests, and , it had a disturbing flood situation that created an unpleasant atmosphere. The fitness center was also subjected to loud music, which interrupted my family's peace, especially during sleep. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with old furniture and a carpet that seemed in need of attention. The dining options also came short, as room service provided cold and poorly prepared meals.

The staff were helpful the rooms is good the breakfast was good too

There is no supermarket or grocery store near the hotel.
